  • X-Ray
X Rays are widely used to make radiographs of the bones and internal organs of the body. They help doctors detect abnormalities and disease conditions such as broken bones, stones, and calcium depositions inside a patient's body. IndoGulf provides its patients with superior imaging service in a very caring, safe and convenient manner.
  • CT Scan
A computed tomography (CT) scan uses X-rays to make detailed pictures of parts of your body and the structures inside your body. During the test, you will lie on a table that is attached to the CT scanner. At Indo Gulf Hospital & Diagnostics we have a 16 Slice/Sec. Wipro GE- USA CT scanner, which enables us to complete virtually any scan in one breath-hold. We are able to do a scan using the LOWEST POSSIBLE DOSE required. Our state-of-the-start facility offers a wide range of medical services Indogulf Hospital offers. Our team of highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing our patients with the highest quality of care.
  • MRI
MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scanning is a medical investigation that uses an exceptionally strong magnet and radio frequency waves to generate image of your body. The MRI scanner produces images by placing the patient within a magnetic field and then aiming a pulse of radio waves into the body. This process is completely safe and does not involve any harmful radiation. It is one of the most sophisticated diagnostic tools available to help a referring clinician understand the cause of your particular health issue. Indo Gulf Hospital & Diagnostics has top of the range 1.5 T Signa HDE- Wipro GE-USA MRI scanners in NCR, which is one of the most efficient and ecofriendly systems. The staff is highly trained in all the aspects of imaging and delivers high quality MRI scans which are reported on by experienced Consultant Radiologists.
  • Color Doppler
Color Doppler test is a non-invasive test that can be used to estimate your blood flow through blood vessels. It helps doctors evaluate blood flow through major arteries and veins, such as those of the arms, legs, and neck. It can show blocked or reduced flow of blood through narrow areas in the major arteries of the neck that could cause a stroke. It also can reveal blood clots in leg veins (deep vein thrombosis, or DVT) that could break loose and block blood flow to the lungs (pulmonary embolism). During pregnancy, Doppler ultrasound may be used to look at blood flow in an unborn baby (foetus) to check the health of the foetus. This test is extremely safe and no precautions are needed.
  • Ultrasound
An ultrasound scan uses high-frequency sound waves to create images of the inside of the body. These scans are safe because they use sound waves or echoes to make an image, instead of radiation. Indo Gulf Hospital has the latest Voluson E8 - GE ultrasound machine which the first in Noida. The scans are performed by well-experienced consultant radiologists.
  • Fluroscopy
Fluoroscopy is a specific imaging technique commonly used by physicians to obtain real-time moving images of the internal structures of a patient through the use of a fluoroscope. At Indo Gulf Hospital we have the latest Digital Fluoro by Siemens - AXIOM R200 which uses X-ray image intensifier and CCD video camera allowing the images to be recorded and played on a monitor. Indo Gulf Hospital is THE FIRST IN NOIDA and SECOND IN U.P. (after SGPGI, Lucknow) to have the fluoroscopy equipment. The staff is fully trained in delivering high quality scans, which are reported on by experienced radiologists.
  • TMT
TMT stands for Tread Mill Test. It is a screening tool to test the effect of exercise on the heart. In this test patient is made to walk on a treadmill and electrical activity of the heart is measured with an ECG, and blood pressure recordings are taken every few minutes. As per a standard protocol patient is made to walk till target heart rate is reached, but if the patient develops chest discomfort or ECG changes the test is terminated. The test is usually positive when the coronary stenosis is >70%. At Indo Gulf Hospital the test is performed on GE- T 200 TMT machine by our experienced cardiologist.
  • ECHO
Echocardiography is a diagnostic test that uses ultrasound waves to image the size and shape of heart, to assess the movement of cardiac valves & amp chambers and to determine the blood flow through the heart. It is a non-invasive and extremely safe procedure requiring no special precautions. The test is completed in 15-30 minutes. At Indo Gulf Hospital, ECHO is done by our experienced cardiologist on GE-VIVID-S5, one of the best echo machines.
  • OPG
OPG stands for Orthopantomogram. It is a panoramic scanning dental X-ray of the upper and lower jaw. It shows a two-dimensional view of a half-circle from ear to ear. The most common use is to determine the status of impacted wisdom teeth, finding the source of dental pain, Assessment for the placement of dental implants, Caries detection, especially in the inter-dental region, Carcinoma in relation to the jaws.
  • Mammography
A mammogram is an X-ray image of your breast used to screen for breast cancer. Mammograms play a key role in early breast cancer detection and help decrease breast cancer deaths. During a mammogram, your breasts are compressed between two firm surfaces to spread out the breast tissue. Then an X-ray captures black-and-white images of your breasts that are displayed on a computer screen and examined by a doctor who looks for signs of cancer. A mammogram can be used either for screening or for diagnostic purposes. How often you should have a mammogram depends on your age and your risk of breast cancer.
  • Dental Scan
Denta scan is the latest dental technology, which makes use of advanced computer analysis to construct the true cross-sectional pictures (3D image) of the mandible (jaw) and maxilla (upper mouth). This technique is particularly useful in assessing the position of impacted teeth or planning dental implants as it provides with very accurate and precise measurements. It is also helpful during dental implant surgery. The procedure is very brief (about 15 minutes or less) and is painless and simple. There is no special preparation required and there are no after effects following the scan. This technique provides much more information than standard x-rays. Indo Gulf Hospital is THE FIRST IN NOIDA to have the Denta scan (Wipro - GE USA) and a trained staff to perform the test.
  • DEXA Scan
DEXA stands for Dual-Emission X-ray Absorptiometry. It measures how much calcium and other bone minerals are packed into a segment of bone. Two X-ray beams with differing energy levels are aimed at the patient's bones. Bone Marrow Density (BMD) is calculated from the absorption of each beam by the bone. DEXA can determine if you have osteoporosis or are at risk of osteoporosis and thus helps in assessing the risk of fracture. Indo Gulf Hospital has the latest ALFA- ST GE equipment, which is very accurate in measuring the bone mineral levels.
  • ECG
ECG stands for Electrocardiogram. It records the electrical activity of the heart and shows the part of the heart that may be damaged, an irregular heartbeat or rhythm and a decrease in supply of blood or oxygen to the heart. It can determine whether a heart attack has occurred or not.
  • EEG
An electroencephalogram (EEG) is a test to detect problems in the electrical activity of the brain. For this test, electrical impulses from your brain are read through electrodes attached to your scalp. The procedure is painless, and produces a pattern of impulses recorded on a disk or paper. During the test, the examinee may be asked to perform certain tasks, such as breathing deeply and rapidly for several minutes, look at a bright flashing light or sleeping. At IndoGulf our focus is to provide high quality EEG scan yet low cost service.
  • EMG
EMG (Electromyography) is used to examine and measure the muscle activity. This test is performed by a neurologist. A thin needle is inserted into the weak muscle and the muscle activity is assessed. The type as well as the origin of muscle weakness is identified which may be the muscle itself or the nerve tracts, which activate the muscle. This information is very helpful in accurate diagnosis and management of the patient. This test is very helpful in patients with any type of muscle disorder, motor neuron disease and various nerve lesions.
  • NCS
A nerve conduction study (NCS), also called a nerve conduction velocity (NCV) test is a measurement of the speed of conduction of an electrical impulse through a nerve. NCS can determine nerve damage and destruction. During the test, the nerve is stimulated, usually with surface electrode patches attached to the skin.
  • Evoked Potentials
These are the specialized tests used to measure the functioning of nerve tracts. Evoked potentials include Visual Evoked Potentials (VEP), Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials (BAEP/ BERA), Somatosensory Evoked Potentials (SSEP). These tests measure the integrity of visual pathways, hearing pathways and sensory pathways respectively.
